· Structure-based drug design, docking studies, synthesis, purification and characterization of novel small molecules with antimicrobial activity

· Development of Structure-Activity Relationships (SAR)
· Design, synthesis, purification and full characterization of novel organic molecules
· Analysis and interpretation of biological data, physicochemical properties and pharmacokinetics
· Presenting data and reports on project status and contributing to define scientific strategies and goals of the project
· Literature review, writing scientific articles in peer reviewed journals and presenting work at scientific conferences

· Establishing, organizing, and managing pharmacy
· Building collaborations with suppliers – pharma companies
· Inventory management of medicines, maintaining medication records, issuing insurance funds documentation, authoring regulatory documents, and reporting any adverse effects
