The studies had a focus on corporate communications (internal & external), crisis and change communication, strategic management, CSR and social media management.
My Master Thesis analyzed in a case study how the employees of a start-up company perceived the communication of the strategy internally. My work helped the company in focus realize that there was a gap in this particular communication between top management and employees, especially due to the lack of communication channeled through the middle management. Therefore, a series of propositions were presented in order to reduce efficiently the communication gap and achieve a better understanding of the strategy throughout the company.
