My native language is Spanish. I have a basic level of English, especially in reading. My German is incipient, but I deeply yearn to be able to learn it while in Germany.
Within the demands that my work in counseling and literary creation has presented me, I have seen the need to reaffirm certain skills that I consider fundamental for my professional and personal development. Some of which are: a solid formation in values such as honesty, truthfulness, responsibility and professional ethics; empathy for collaborative work and communication with authority, colleagues or peers and students with their families and surroundings, active and pro active listening; a great capacity for communication and sociability; high tolerance towards difficulty and pressure, as well as diversity and complexity; and finally, adaptation to change with a positive and constructive attitude, based on effective and efficient service and work.
As far as computer management is concerned, one of the specializations that I have developed is computer management, with updating in ICT, of UPLA, Valparaíso.
