My main PhD project was studying the the role of neuronal protein brain derived neurotrophic factor's role in learning behaviour. Developed viral tracing vectors to monitor the changes in neuron during learning behaviour in mouse models.

Along with my project I worked in several cross-functional teams and at the end we published in peer reviewed journals and further three manuscripts are in preparation. As well I did analysing and organisation of large scientific data sets and as well extensive experience in presentation and writing the data in English. During the three years I supervised and taught several Bachelor, Master and Intern students for their practical and thesis work.

Student assistant for the Post-docs work on fear learning, worked extensively in histological and imaging experiments.

Microbiology technician for my supervisor and was student assistant for his practical courses.
