- Monitoring and reporting the progress and performance of the works to ensure that all site activities are
in line with the Contract requirements and Management expectations.
- Editing and revision of Project Management Documents and Contractual Correspondence with the
Client and several Subcontractors.
- Work with senior management in order to create Project Charts and expedite the jobs activities.
- Mediator between Project Team Members to solve issues and obstacles throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform ad hoc activities as assigned by Project Manager as needed for the benefit of the project
- Manage project budge and help the management to plan and schedule project activities and timelines;
- Organization and preparation of Executive Committee Meeting and Supervisory Board meeting with the
Senior Management of the Joint venture.

- Design and supervision of the construction works.
- Design and supervision of Dam Instrumentation, assistance during installation of thermocouple, optic
fibers.
- Design of temporary and permanent concrete, steel and masonry structures.
- Preparation of drawings and method statement for the RCC dam construction and drilling and grouting
works
