I would like to introduce myself; my name is , were working as Technical Lead. My experience was purely into Mechanical product design and development activities right from raw material to the end of products in various fields like Automotive, Medical, Heavy Engineering and Oil Gas industries for the past 8 years.
I hold a Master degree in Product Design. Prior to that, I have done my Tool & Die Engineering (Mechanical) from ,
I started my career as Tool & Die maker, in a commercial tool room. There I was involved in working with plastic injection moulds, sheet metal press tool, and pressure die casting, design and development activities. From then I started handling Engineering design, product development, Concept / Product design, industrial design, Process management, Sustain Engineering and Project management programmes. I am proficient with software’s like UNIGRAPHICS NX, ALIAS, SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, 3D Max, PolyWorks, Rapid form XOR3 modelling, documentation in Primavera and drafting in MICROSTATION and AutoCAD. Also I have good understanding of Team Center Engineering / PLM software's. I do have hands on experience in all kinds of metrology equipment's / quality standards, conventional machines, CNC, and EDM machineries,
Good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T, ASME Standards). I have got knowledge of different manufacturing processes, Risk management, materials (plastics, sheet metals and castings), prototype development, FEA/DFA/DFM/DFMEA/PFMEA/FMECA.
Having said above experience I am a confident individual who is ready to take up any challenges in engineering streams of competitive accomplishments.
