- Launched a clothing retail business which is targeted at young women between the ages of 16-35 years old;
- Operating the business on a pre-order basis by procuring and shipping items to customers after receipt of
payment to maintain a low-cost base and ensure margins are high;
- Managing logistics with third-party delivery agent to make international deliveries;
- Overseeing the shipment of between 15 – 20kg worth of clothing items such as bags and shoes weekly to
customers;
- Focusing on customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat purchases by ensuring that orders are delivered
from Ireland to Nigeria within two weeks;
- Managing social media strategy with a focus on expanding customer base and creating more awareness of
the brand, to date the brand has over 2,500 followers on various social media platform

Handled all administrative duties relating to the maintenance of facilities for an office with over 10
employees;
- Managed relationships with job applicants and clients by responding to queries in a timely manner;
- Prepped candidates for job interviews and managed pre-employment discussions with newly hired employees
including the finalization of employment contracts;
- Developed IT skills and gained experience in the use of Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, e-mail applications
and Bullhorn software.
