As Front Desk Clerk I am in charge of the reception of passengers and to be worried about them during all their stay, being a host. In addition, to make reservations of the different services requested by them and new reservations using the Suite software. I'm also in charge of supervising the work of the buttons/junior, the reception of supplies and night auditing.

As a Cabin Crewman I had several functions: Receiving passengers, being in charge of the operation of the tourist cabin, filling in reports, quick solution to problems, proactivity, adaptation to different situations.
Also, as crew members, we are the final face of the company, representing
it every minute of the flight. We must therefore be empathetic, sympathetic, flexible, maintain appropriate language, resolve problems, amongst other things.
