Major for becoming English and French teacher as a foreign language.

I applied to an internship to become staff member as a Customer Experience Analyst for three months, however before it was finished they gave me the full position as CEA (Customer Experience Analyst). I was in charge of evaluating customer experience in every interaction: agent/customer. Besides that, I coached agents and shared best practices so they can improve and perform better to make sure we have 100% customer satisfaction. Besides that, I had to attend meetings and calibrations with staff members from Canada so we can be all aligned and make sure our agents improve and perform better every day.

I was in charge of taking calls and provide technical support to customer from , a TV, Internet and Phone service company. I was trained to provide mobile french and english tech support assistance to them. I had to be multi-tasking and put in practice again my people skills. Besides that I learned how to troubleshoot the cellphones and provide a good customer experience to clients and make sure to confirm extreme satisfaction from them at the end of each interaction.

In this school I gave foreign languages classes as a Community Service task. I worked with adults only. During the morning, I had one English class in charge. I had to teach 4 hours of English. During the afternoon, I had the second group which was the French class and the same I had to teach 4 hours of French. I was in charge to create quizzes and final exams as well.
We, as a teachers, were in charge as well of creating the lesson plan for the whole semester in advance.
I also had to evaluate students' oral skill with oral skills evaluation forms.

I worked as a Spanish assistant. I worked with to different schools in France. In I worked with students that they were preparing for becoming a cook or a waitress. I work with high school students. And at I work with students that were preparing for becoming fireman and policeman. I was in charge of reinforce spanish classes for them and help the main Spanish teacher in those schools. I had in charge conversation groups with students with a higher level.

The task I had assigned was answering calls from customers from the US in regards of rebates that were offered to them so I had to put in practice my people skills and provide a good customer experience to clients that sometimes they were not that happy. I had to put in practice as well negotiation skills to have an agreement with customers and make them happy with the resolution.

I was an English and French teacher. I worked with different levels. I worked with kids, teenager and adults as well. We used to work with multi-level classrooms it means level 0 and A1 so that the interaction between students could create a learning environment in which we all could learn together. I was in charge of creating quizzes and exams as well for each group of students I had in charge.
I used to work with kids mostly. My sense of responsibility, patient and creativity allowed me to give my best in every class since working with kids is totally different than working with adults. With kids you have to be multi-tasking and creative so they can learn and play at the same time. You also need to take care of them.
