I’m involved on the finalisation of implementation project for the entire group.
Starting from the Italian subsidiary I faced all main issues and challenges during
the project. I also participated to Data Migration process where I figured out how to
manage and execute all the tasks required.
▪ Running on the system of all the financial aspects of the company.
▪ Management of the daily operations in Sap.
▪ Part of the implementation team for the GO-LIVE process.

During the internship I supported the team in the creation of a new student's service management platform, an activity that has allowed me to develop good communication skills and problem solving, having to inform students of the new service methods and responding to their requests support. I managed to improve my skills and I gained more confidence in relationships and on the telephone.
I then gained a good familiarity in team work, having constantly
interfaced with the tutor and with colleagues for the organisation of all activities to be
carried out.
