Warranty decision making,checking vehicle history,Parts verification,Approving warranty claims
PWA (prior work approval) submission to the concerned claim
Quality information report submission on monthly basis
Taking concerned work approval from technical co-ordinators
Submission of Warranty claims on daily basis
Check claims on daily basis
Monitor claim trend -Submission v/s approval
Monitor freight claims and defective parts list
Arrange and prepare claim tags,transportation forms,defective parts list,sales tax form for dispatching the failed parts to HMIL
Proper follow up to be done on every Freight claim,Warranty claims
Co-ordination with tyre,battery vendors for problem rectification
For any goodwill cost share warranty cases like tyre,battery etc. coordinate with concerned Vendor area representatives
Keeping the documents in warranty room such as filled warranty repair orders,sublet bills,Vendor reports,NPN bills
Making internal auditing on end of every month to prepare before auditing
Share warranty reconciliation report on every ,month
Service advisors,Technician team during meeting
Sharing of new Service information bulletins,Technical service bulletin,New model vehicle information,Parts modification notifications among technicians,Service advisors,Technician team during meeting
