Regular documentation of the state of development and evaluation of the students in the Informatics.

Coordinate with school IT team in identifying, reporting and resolving technical issues or opportunities for improvement.

Software - hardware installation and troubleshooting of PC's and Macs in school, that includes working with HDD, SSD, MB, CPU, GPU, sonundcards, monitors, printers, fax, etc.

Train and educate school employees on the usage of internal tools, new hardware and software solutions.

Installation, integration and maintenance of IT systems, troubleshoot & diagnose problems.

Maintain internal IT network (LAN, WLAN, Routers, TCP/IP, FTP) and cable installation (Network topology).

Sets up and confogure PC/Laptop computers, printers, fax, servers, VOIP phone systems, video conferencing and various wireless devices.

Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).

Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary. and testing new technology.

Building and supporting a nice working environment for other employees.

Managing inventory of equipment like laptops, mobile phones, tablets, printers.

Working with audio/video equipment and software.

Solving technical issues and providing technical insight for solutions.

Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
