•Administered the maintenance and improvement of furnance, boiler and steam
related systems.
• Developed a strong working knowledge of pumps, blowers, conveyors, hydraulic and
pneumatic systems.
• Performing the task of routine maintenance work and minor repairs to ensure all
equipment is operating in a safe and efficient manner.
• Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing
information’s and trends.
• Regular checking of all Screw Conveyors, Belt Conveyors, Rotary Valves &
Lubricating all the Rollers & Bearings Periodically.
• To ensure smooth running of RO Plant & to ensure all the parameters are in control as
per requirements.
• Regular Checking of Cooling Towers for any abnormal sound of motor, fan &
belt condition & to ensure properly running.
• Establishes and monitor programs for critical equipment analysis and condition
monitoring techniques.
• Fault finding during production performance, analysis of machine failures,
performing, planned and predictive maintenance.
• Checking of Screw Type Air Compressor & doing preventive maintenance
as per the schedule.
• Providing training for all operators & fitters on Safety working conditions & HACCP.
• Maintaining the ISO standards and procedures like Preventive maintenance record,
Breakdown Maintenance records etc., as per standards.
