The machine was Hurco with Ultimax operating system. I was reading the tehnical drawing, choosing the tools that i needed, writing the program in the machine and make the first piece which was an unique piece, rarely we had 2 pieces alike. So, milling, drilling in aluminum , steel and plastic.
02/2014 – 01/2016
The machine is Index C200 with Siemens 840D operating system. I am not writing the program to the machine, the program comes from Germany, i'm just taking the tools that comes from the tools shop, setup the machine with them, load the program that i mentioned above, run a simulation to see that everything is ok, make the first piece, run a visual inspection, measure the piece and make the necesary corection.

I was working on 4 machines:
Studer :S31-Ge WITH Fanuc 16i-Tb operating system.
Mikrosa Schaudt with Simenes Sinumerik 840D operating system.
US125 and US235 with Andronic operating system.
The first 2 machies were round grinding machines, i was reading the tehnical drawing, set up the machine, writing the program, make corection where necesary, and ensure a good quality to the pieces.
