Systematically defined the nominal manufacturing scope of Costa Rica plant capacity through mathematical models in order to support the demand requirements.
● Responsibly lead projects to increase the manufacturing output at constant demand variations.
● Identify and execute Operation Excellence projects in order to maximize the manufacturing output with the same or less amount of resources. Examples:
o Lean manufacturing and kaizen events (Resources and demand planning project, Headcount estimation cycle project), standard work projects across production line in order to have improvements in yield indicator.

Integrate the test capacity model including machine and productivity indicators to plan future production requirements such as: machine inventory, layout assessment and manufacturing timelines.
● Thoroughly perform capacity analysis of production validations, sensitivity analysis and value added percentages, using tools like MS Excel, Risk, Dundas Business Intelligence Dashboards and internal Software.
● Retrieve effective units per hour/cycle time of Server Products by applying the mathematical model.
● Successfully influenced cross functional teams to ensure performance indicators meeting their goals without impacting capacity.
