On daily bases managing a team of Team Leaders and their respective front line Colleagues to include on and off the job training, daily attendance, grooming, coaching, appraisals and personal development plans.Creating duty schedules for their area on a monthly basis ensuring that annual leave plans support operational readiness and ensure sufficient time off to Colleagues.
Planing off job training as required to ensure best possible service standards.
Ensuring departmental policies, procedures and performance standards are being implemented and maintained throughout their area.
Ensuring any service delivery defects are resolved and identify any trends and share observations and suggestions with Manager.
Review accuracy of any checklists and records completed in area and analyze.
Coordination any inventory/stock take activities required in their area ensuring sufficient stock remains on hand at all times and reducing stock loss/wastage.
Participatiation in daily operations alongside their Colleagues.
Delivering job specific training and competency testing to Colleagues or nominate them for training in order to equip them with the necessary skills, knowledge and attitude to perform their job effectively and deliver out of this world experiences.
Conducting Colleague performance appraisals in a timely, fair and constructive manner in order to promote their personal and career growth.
Enforce and adhere to all UAE laws, Health, Safety and Environmental policies, industry and company rules and regulations, reporting any safety concerns or incidents to management in order to minimize risk and maintain a clean safe and hygienic environment for all Guests and Colleagues.
Managing emergency situations that may arise in order to minimize possible damage, loss or injury to any Guests, Colleagues or Company property.

In charge of group of 30 to 40 highly proficient technicians in R&A Maintenance department with responsibility of
developing strategy that team will use to reach our goals.
Provide any training that team members need.

Rides Engineer in Maintenance Department on tasks of organizing preventive maintenance, training of new personnel, and supporting rest of team to ensure safe&smooth job finishing. Big role has been given to me to minimize downtime on rides and troubleshoot possible faults and issues related to electronic and mechanic devices that are in use on the rides and attractions and with my team we achieved rides availability of 98% and up time of the rides of 95%.

Senior technician in maintenance department maintaining the rides and attractions, troubleshooting the issues including, mechanical, electrical, PLC systems and control devices, conducting corrective and preventive maintenance tasks and updating paperwork’s for jobs and task that are done.
