Presently working as a SITE SUPERVISOR in a project for GPON PH2 Project since May ´16. I work for
- Supervision of Cable Team for ISP and OSP Teams
- Handling the civil tasks required according to site conditions such as Main Duct Blockages, New Main Duct Proposals etc.
- Estimating, Executing and Supervision of OFC projects in hand.
- Estimating setup, Route Survey, Planning, Preparing work schedule.
- Monitoring and maintaining detailed reports of man-hole and hand-hole survey.
- Setting up teams for sub-duct laying along the route as per designs.
- Managing multiple projects at simultaneously by negotiating with Project Manager and Team Leader on workload status in order
to meet designated goals.
- Optical network terminal equipment installations in customer premises.
- Monitoring and maintaining of personal and site safety.
- Handling the project team to complete the job effectively in given time frame.
- Negotiating with sub-contractors, deploying labor and leading civil construction works.
- Monitoring of Jointing / Splicing of OFC and termination of OFC at nodes.
- Monitoring of branching of OFC route and rectifying the OFC networks

I was responsible for the following tasks
- LV, HV Cable Jointing (T-Joint, Straight Joint, and Port-End) and Sub-station shut down.
- Feeder Pillar Installations.
- Termination of LV Cable.
- Electrical Meter Installations.
- House-wiring works and maintenance.
- Handling a team of 15 members and distributing the tasks as per site requirements.
- Execution of Civil Projects

Supervisor for the laying of optical fibres and
- Estimating setup, Route Survey, Planning, Preparing Work Schedule.
- Responsible for Drop Cable Laying.
- Conducting ONT, STB, Router Installations
