In order to cater for the procurement function I learned the needs of the procurement function, as well as the differing challenges the function faces in each industry.

Conducted supplier and industry assessments. Developed the understanding of the dynamics within a given market. 

Collected data using qualitative, quantitative and secondary research methods. Had experience interviewing professionals from a variety of industries.

Compiled data into reports, based on structured methodology and high standards.

In my research I worked beyond simple data aggregation. Based on collected data, drew meaningful conclusions, and made predictions about what could happen in the future.

As the quality and appearance of the research was critical, in this role I managed projects through editing, design and publishing, while using online back-end systems.

Communication and presentation was the key. I presented the material in a variety of ways, including face to face presentations, webinars and teleconferences, as well as contributed with industry news, procurement category analysis pieces and blogs.
