-Execution of parking plan established by OAHR B.O.C., no matter if it's about oversized aircraft, medium body aircraft, small body aircraft, tactical aircraft or situations involving (V)VIP flights or E.R.O.(Engine Running Operations).
-Responsible for safe marshalling of cargo and passengers aircraft transiting OAHR, no matter they were civilian or military.
-With the help of T.S.T.I.(Total Safety Task Instruction), before each flight, I allocate specific tasks for every Follow Me, PAX or CARGO member. If some changes appear, I take all specific measures and I adapt to the new situation in such a manner that
passenger and cargo handling operations are not affected.
-Responsible for all activities related to CATO (Combined Air Terminal Operations).
-Operating and coordinating the use of K-Loader, 6.5T, 4.5T, 3T Forklift, Tug, GPU,Stairs Truck, SNIC Truck, De-Icer Truck.
-Preparing aircraft pallets with the items required to be transported, respecting IATA regulations, using the correct TDE equipment, taking care of documentation, making sure that checked cargo is correctly packaged and labelled.
-Supervising daily inspection of equipments in the department.
-Planning loading/offloading of both, passengers and cargo, making use on a daily basis of EVE (Movement Management Window - ISAF) and relying on information given by Italian army.
-Using EVE system to conduct passenger check-in for ISAF flights, for the preparation and production of accurate PAX and CARGO manifest, taking care that all documentation is signed by load-master and recorded, respecting the regulations and
ensuring safe, timely and effective passenger control.
-I had to be sure that all passengers leaving OAHR received a pre-boarding Flight Briefing, paying attention to accurate weighing and labelling of passengers baggage.
-Responsible with daily training and guidance to all members of FLS departments under my supervision, using Toolbox talks and practical demonstration.

-Execution of parking plan established by OAKB Air Ops Group in accordance with the base capabilities and respecting the SOP’s, ICAO and IATA AHM regulations (I had to process daily Flowchart, to be easy for my colleagues to use the information).
-Supervising and coordinating all flight line operations in Kabul (making common cause with AFLS Supervisor).

-Operating Lavatory Service Truck, Small Tractor, De-Icing Trucks (being responsible with all services related to De/Anti-Icing).
-Supervising application of GPU, air-conditioning unit, air start unit, supervising aircraft engine start (using head set or visual signals).
-Responsible for completing roster of personnel on duty, taking into account the qualifications and experience, rest and leave entitlements, traffic load.
-Prioritized and allocated personnel and equipment in order to safely and efficiently achieve the tasks allocated.
-Responsible with initial training for the new personnel. Under my direct training, six people become aircraft handler (I managed this, although one of them didn't know how to drive).
-Responsible with periodic revalidation of training within the department.
-Checking all daily statistical data, looking for mismatches between the activity on the apron and information written on Daily Log.

-Main activity of this company was doors and windows installation.
-Responsible for planning and ordering of all materials for customers.

-When the situation on ground required to make use of my experience as a warehouse operator, I was offloading the freight, using 4,5 T forklift.
-After the final product was manufactured and loaded into trucks, I had to make sure the proper TDE (tie down equipment) was used, in order to provide a safe transportation, not to damage the doors or the windows.
-Preparing required documentation (the invoice, the contract with client, the shipper declaration),respecting Romanian legislation.

-Verifying invoice and receipts against purchase orders, physical checking the items received, to certify if actual cargo is reflected through documentation.
-Using AMOS software to enter the freight into warehouse, regardless of item status (repairable item, consumable item or chemical substance), both into system used by entire technical department, as well physically, on allocated places.
-Using AMOS software, each time when the items were taken out of the storage area by the technical department,so that the current stock is also reflected in the system.

-Working in shifts, using the correct PPE and respecting safety regulations, we had to load and offload cargo or aircraft spare part using 6,5 T Manitou forklift for heavy cargo and 3.5 T forklift for regular cargo.
-Preparing aircraft pallets with the items required to be transported, respecting IATA regulations, using the correct TDE equipment, taking care of documentation, making sure that checked cargo is correctly packaged and labelled.
-Organising transports of items to different company locations, both internal and external destination.

-Working in shifts of 7-10 men to complete daily tasks as marshalling medium or small body aircraft (FOKKER 100, SAAB 340, SAAB 2000 etc.).
-Checking the correct chocking of aircraft, the correct positioning of the all GSE equipment in the proximity of aircraft, the circulation of equipment and passengers around the aircraft.
-Dealing directly with GSE (using GPU, Air Conditioning and Heater Unit, driving the Small Tractor with the baggage carts, driving Toilet Truck, using Air Starter Unit,driving De/Anti-Icing Truck).
-Coordinating with the Catering department, Check-in department, Maintenance department and Lost and Found department (in order to avoid loose of slots during the hub activity) about the priority of passengers off boarding / boarding, cargo
offloading / loading, about the priority of aircraft fuelling.
-Taking part in hub activities: supervising fuelling, passengers and cargo offloading / loading, transportation of passengers and cargo, supervising handling of baggage,supervising Engine Start procedure, all in accordance with ICAO and IATA regulations.
-Transmitting all flight documents to crew (PAX and CARGO Manifest, Shipper Declaration, NOTOC, Load Sheet).
-Reading and sending messages using SITA software, checking that the flight documents are correctly drawn, keeping documentation related to ramp activity.
-Responsible with initial training for the new personnel.
