Responsible for the selection process of the UK, Ireland and Sweden applicants, recruiting more than 150 international candidates a year from all over the world. Working in a multinational company has given me the opportunity to improve my communication and organizational skills.
Daily multitasking challenges:
• Time-optimization, planning, and management of the applicants’ tracking system
• Working closely with our hiring managers
• Pre-screen and interview candidates
• Writing and negotiating contracts for interns, Managing Starts and Leaves process.

Following and closing several international business deals, both from lender and borrower sides. Gaining an insight into Italian and European banking market. During this experience I learned how to meet business deadlines daily while working in a high-pressure environment and pay meticulous attention to detail. Skills involved:
• Negotiating commercial and operational contracts; draft, negotiate and review basic agreements
• Working on refinancing transactions
• Drafting a variety of legal documents (facility agreement, deed of mortgage, deed of pledge, lease agreement)
• Drafting and coordinating Due Diligence reports. These tasks gave me the opportunity to work in a team
• Carrying out research and provide advice on a variety of legal issues.
