Defining Procurement specification for Mechanical,Plastic & Packaging parts.
• Co-ordinate with design team required specification & CTF in drawings
• Providing up to date documents, related to part specification to IQC for inspection
• Co-ordinate with production,IPQC & SCM team to resolve day-today material issues.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and drive quality improvement plans to improve further.
• Collecting material related issues from IQC & shop floor and communicating the same to SCM &
Supplier
• Supplier corrective action report/8D in case of rejection. Review 8D and effectiveness check
• Co-Ordinate with SCM to get right material & quality report from supplier.
• Conduct supplier audits to ensure supplier process comply with requirement
• Pro-actively works on supplier quality control at process & system level to prevent suppliers NCs
• Communicate ECN related details with supplier
• Update & maintain all documents related to supplier quality.
• Qualification of new parts from supplier

• Identify root cause and instigate permanent corrective actions for product quality issues
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues that arise as quickly and
efficiently as possible to prevent compromising quality and safety standards
• Carry out product and process auditing
• Ensure control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively and
maintained
• Assist with training of quality awareness
• Root cause analysis using 8D & 7QC tools
• Keep up with current and developing manufacturing and engineering trends that concern
product quality
• Quality control of work by appropriate reviews
• Support and lead process improvement activities
• Write reports and present progress at project meetings and to clients
• Achieve goals within budget
• Conduct bench-marking studies to determine best practices/designs and future trends
• Plan projects or sub-tasks so they may be tracked and presented
• Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions
• Produce written reports and make presentations & Initiation of MR activities
• Undertake continuous training and development
• Documentation like PPAP&APQP for newly developed products.
• Planning & execution of MSA activities
• Online Process Capability studies( Cp & Cpk)
• Design review of new tools & Participate to make DFM if necessary.
• Preparation of inspection standards and tool signoff documents.
• Incoming inspection for raw materials, steel and moulded parts .
• Complete customer support for new projects and existing projects.
• Planning trials for new moulds and give approval for production.
• Internal audit planning and execution
• Knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949,
• Initiation of MR activities
