✓ Supporting Quality Manager with regards to all Quality Management Systems
✓ Managing documentation of technical issues of products
✓ Analyzing and controlling Quality Control Team activities (IQC-PQC-FQC)
✓ Analyzing customer quality complaints and organizing relevant departments to solve problems (Root Cause Analysis), ensuring preventive activities and giving feedback to customers
✓ Applying of corrective and preventive activities
✓ Performing internal quality system, sub-manufacturers and vendors audits
✓ Accompanying customer audits
✓ Tracking calibration system
✓ Supporting R&D for all design studies
✓ Assisting transition of theoretical design data to practical applications
✓ Supporting R&D to reach final product design with giving design improvement suggestions
✓ Supporting production with lean manufacturing techniques (5S, Kaizen)
✓ Finding solutions for instantaneous production related issues
✓ Supporting sales and shipment, if delivery time is too short, with being a substitute of production
✓ Taking the lead to solve technical issues of suppliers and customer complaints
✓ Assisting production planning to be able to reach final BOM
✓ Supporting all departments about technical issues with their routine operations

✓ Daily checking of the PQC, FQC sampling result checklists
✓ Coordinating corrective actions to ensure CAPA effectiveness
✓ Driving and supporting process continuous improvement
✓ Product and production quality assurance
✓ Communicating and collaborating with teams on quality parameters, quality test methods and new quality criteria
✓ Reviewing process and quality control for effectiveness
✓ Supporting customer and supplier claimed processes
✓ Supporting qualifications of new products and production lines
✓ Conducting internal and supplier audits

✓ Developing all the planning processes and procedures to try to make sure that the products manufactured or the service delivered by the organization will be of good quality
✓ Defining the standards/methodology to be followed order to meet the customer requirements
✓ Monitoring the development process throughout to its entire cycle, comparing the results with the processes and standards defined in the organization (Failure Prevention)
✓ Following vendors' performances and improvements actions
✓ Planning and performing process audits to local and sub-manufacturers and vendors
✓ Starting and following up actions related product and process
✓ Following up new projects in planned order and following quality topics
✓ Management of incoming material inspections
✓ Determining the failure causes & corrective action methods
✓ Co-operation with other departments to solve and correct customer claimed problems
