Site Supervision/ Execution of Aeration Tank, Clarifier Tank, Sludge Thickener, Drain Pump Station, Screw Pump Station,Generators Room, Transfer Room, Air Bilower Room, Compressor Room,Filteration Room, Chlorination Room, U.V Room, Boiler room, Press Belt Room, Odor station all station check follow up with SCADA system & PLC system Operating .
Quality Control by production
Documents Control & Monitoring Daily Report
Carry out the mix design
Control the quality of cement, aggregate & admixture check Slump Test
Making of concrete cylinders & keep a record of cylinder testing
compaction test for earth work
Good reporting skill
Control the Waterproofing Sheet membranes, Bitumen emulsion protective coating, PVC Waterstops.
Control the quality of Epoxy Paint Coating,Primer
Knowledge in preparing technical proposal
Inspect machinery installed and repaired by mechanic
create schedules to ensure that coverage for possible machine breakdowns is maintained at all times
Analyzing mechanics’ work performance
Overseeing safety program and procedures
Maintaining parts inventory
Preparing the assignment considering the fabrication, Erection & Precommissioning activity & ensure all the the hazards
Handling all the piping technical queries & investigating all the field pipe work related problem, inculcating the drawing when necessary .
