• Interacting with Styling for issues regarding A class surfaces, packaging, ergonomics etc.

• Complete Design of Hood & Fender design which includes design from the scratch, development, costing, interaction with other department on requirement basis & also interaction with supplier for design & development of vendor parts.
• Master section & Modelling for BIW Closure (Hood, Fender & Side Doors).
• Design of Glasses includes Windshield & Quarter Glass.
• Work on proposals for pedestrian Safety for Hood (Energy impact & Crush distance Optimization)
• Concept generation for carryover of parts (Brackets & reinforcement).
• Weight & BOM Book management for Hood, Fender & Glasses.
• Supported Aluminum Closure design, development & co-ordination with supplier for current running model as concept.
• Support for KBE Tool prepare for Hood which includes Generation Hood hinge axis, Pop up of Hood and over slam condition of Hood.
Project X0 (Kite/Tiago):
• Design and Development of proto, Fitment trial and Production release of Fender insulation foam for X0 kite (Tiago).
• Support in design of reinforcement brackets & release activity for Hood and Fender.
• Support for master section finalization for Hood & Fender.

• Functionality requirement study, Preliminary ideas generation and Feasibility of HOOD SCOOP.
